      Tariff & Duties

      Returns & Refunds

      • Items with any single side ≤ 2.2 m (7.2 ft) include curbside/doorstep unloading.
      • Any single side > 2.2 m (7.2 ft) requires customer self-unloading; heavy crates may require a forklift.

      • Optional premium delivery: unpacking, placement, basic assembly, packaging removal.
      • Arrange at least 1 week in advance; on-site/last-minute not supported; extra fees may apply.
