I was skeptical about buying the pendant, given it was a few hundred dollars less than other major RH furniture stores from which I usually buy, but it turned out to be of the same quality and specs. Shipping was fast and very well packed in cardboard and wood, yes, wood boxes, so it was almost impossible to damage. It is complicated to open it; you’ll need special tools, but I would rather go through that than receive a damaged pendant. It would be great if instructions were provided, but I guess you might be able to get them online—so 5 out of 5.

I was actually hoping I’d get an opportunity to review these because I was dubious going into the purchase and am absolutely THRILLED with the product and service. The look and functionality is exactly as described and the lights look much more expensive than they cost. I also needed these quickly, and when customer service told me they’d be here in seven days I am embarrassed to say I was super skeptical, but they arrived five days after I placed the order!
